"A Testimony of God's Transforming Grace & Purpose"
Rev. Dr. Sally Julie Armah (Mrs.), affectionately known as “Mama Julie”, lived a remarkable life characterized by unwavering faith, intellectual excellence, and selfless pastoral care. Born on 18th November 1965 at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra, her entry into the world was marked by struggle and divine intervention.
"Carried in her mother's womb for twelve months and nearly exchanged at birth, she was spared by God's grace and celebrated as a true child of destiny."
Growing up in Akosombo, she faced the complexities of a polygamous household and economic hardship. At the tender age of ten, she experienced a profound encounter with Jesus Christ that redefined her life. That divine revelation ignited a passion for prayer and evangelism that burned brightly until her final days.
She attended Akwamuman Secondary School, serving as Assistant Girls’ Prefect and Prayer Secretary of the Scripture Union. She pursued higher education with single-minded determination:
Dr. Armah was a devoted wife, a loyal partner, and a nurturing mother. Beyond her biological child, she opened her heart and home to raise adopted children and countless spiritual sons and daughters. For over 30 years, she served as a Senior Marriage Counselor, helping restore hundreds of homes.
As the longest-serving Principal of CLC, Dr. Armah shaped the curriculum, mentored faculty, and trained over a thousand gospel ministers, missionaries, and Christian leaders now serving around the world.
